The website is undergoing some changes, and I spoke out on the forums against these changes and my dissatisfaction with them. One member voiced her objections to my unhappiness with the site, and we argued over this until an 'ambassador' from the site came on to tell us to stop. After one warning I was suspended-the other user who was defending their site was not. I immediately wrote the 'ambassador' to let them know under NO terms did I want to be billed further for membership, as my suspension lasted past the date I needed to sign in to my account to cancel.


Multiple administrators/ambassadors saw this request and chose to ignore it. I am not upset so much over being suspended as I am that I was unable to stop them from billing me for another month of use when they locked me out of the account to prevent them from doing so. They should not be able to lock users out of their accounts with no possible way to stop them from charging for the next month. They could continue to bill indefinitely since they refuse to cancel membership via email when it is requested.
