ForeclosureS.com (aka Tahoe Wheaton) thrives on taking advantage of the poor to prosper themselves. The home study is just a ploy to get you to lab, and lab is a ploy to get you to sign up for coaching. They DO have mentoring, they just call it "Coaching." Lab is about $5,000 and coaching is over $6,000. You have to pay before you ever get a deal. People from our lab left disgusted and wanted a refund and they will NOT give refunds. You do NOT need to invest in this kind of scam to get into investing in wholesale properties, just sign up for your local REIA meetings and learn there.

Who is this? We have not received this complaint, or anything like this directly from any of our lab clients... We've been teaching since the mid-1990's and have countless success stories. Hard to respond this vague post as it is totally slanderous with no facts and posted without a name. Not even sure this person has ever been to a Lab?

Check this out...I attended your ripoff lab and made the huge mistake of signing up for coaching with MaryKay. Despite working the program, nothing worked for me. And when I contacted you, your response was "You're not working hard enough!" Clearly you were just deflecting the criticism.

Like the individual who posted the original complaint, all of the people in my lab were unsuccessful using your materials and process...A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

This is "Day" from California. I attend your class before and try very hard.
I still want to know how many of your student success ( How many people ?)
and How many people fail after attend your class. ( How many people ? )

compare and show on the web site? This is not force you. we just want
to evaluate your class and your advertise that it true and worth or not for
next person coming your class.

and review in your website it seem too good, it has no negative review at all?
how that be.

I consider, this is the one of my big mistake to take your class.
I beleive in Arthur Jackson that REIA class is pretty enough.

To make it fair, your website listing is good information.

I still thinking about that day, that i bring my friend to take your class
and both of us spend $10, 000 on the class with include coaching.

That is not work for both of us, And it seem like this complaint is
bigger and bigger everyday.
