After agreeing to purchase a vehicle at a specified interest rate that Friendly Ford quoted me, I got the "bait and switch" to a rate roughly 4% higher. Then when I complained and asked to speak to the general Manager, Jason Davis, he started avoiding my calls. First I was told Jason was "with a customer," then "on the other line," then "in a meeting," and finally when Darren called me (the other assistant to the assistant to the assistant manager), he said Jason Davis wasn't even in today (which is interesting why Friendly Ford staff would lie so freely and so many times). After complaining to Darren about the ever increasing interest rate, he called me back after "checking into it" and quoted me an even higher interest rate.

When I told him I had filed a complaint with Ford directly, he then told me that "The deal is the deal and I'm not going to get Jewed like this" and hung up on me.

Then he realized he had my deposit, called me back, and told me they were giving me my deposit back and they didn't want to do business with me. Hmmmm, something about Jews they don't like? So when I told him I wasn't happy with that, he told me to come in and get my refund and hung up on me.

Spread the word about these people...Don't do business with friendly ford in las vegas and file complaints with ford directly, and the FTC if you've been fraudulently induced by Friendly Ford!!!
