Fusion Fame - Fusion Fame Management is a Fake modeling agency.. It is a SCAM

Asked upfront fees and she is keep changing her address. It is on the Internet saying she moves her office always..

Is Fusion Famel Agency in London a legit agency? No
My Son has been offered a contract with Fusion fame today, after a photo shoot which he paid £100 for. He's been told they want him on their books and to return tomorrow with £50 deposit towards £200 for portfolio, CD and copyright rights. The lady told me something but the photographer told me she is a con artist and she dose lots of photoshoots there. He gets only day sallery rest of them goes to her. And she never find any jobs to anyone..
Is this normal or reasonable or is it a scam? It seems alot of money, but I know it's going to cost something someday...I just don't know what is 'genuine' amount and what's not.
As far as I've been told, if they want you on their books, then you need to pay registration fee etc.
Please can someone help? or at least guide me in the right direction, please.
