Do not give gamemine.com your credit card info! Ill tell you why. I paid for first month of service, and they sent me a game that was in the bottom of my list ( i didnt even really want the game). It took a week to get the game in the mail, and another to send it back. There goes 2 weeks of my first month of this shady service. The only reason i had this unwanted game in my list was because they told me i had to have at least 7 games in my list. They had such a poor selection i just put games in there to fill it up. So i remove all games in my list to be rented except one game that i really want, and it justs sits there for a couple days, doesnt get shipped.. I call them up and some shady guy answers the phone, I explain my problem, says he cant do anything for me. So i ask to speak to his manager he says "I am the manager" ( yeah right) I asked him whats his name, he says "Scott Wilson" So i tell him i want my account canceled, says he cant do that. I tell him i paid for a month of service, and am only about 2 weeks into it, he still wouldnt refund my money. So then he says im being rude and hangs up on me. I call back and all of a sudden a recording comes and and says there closed! Really?! I called them during opening hours, so surely they were open! I call back from a different number and he picks up! What a surprise! Theres only one guy thats answers phones there as far as im concerned, even the recording that comes on when they dont answer is the same guys voice! Maybe this guy is the manager? Since hes the only guys voice ive heard while calling them, Maybe he self promoted himself in the middle of his conversation with me, knowing i was going to ask for a manager?, Who knows!! Anyways dont rent games from this company is my personal opinion, they take wayyyy too long to get, have a poor selection, HORRIBLE customer service and they wont refund you.
