GameTag.com Never received information of bought FFXIV account. Internet

I purchased a level 17 Hyru Gladiator on a Besaid Server on Nov 12th. I received a email back that verification must be sent. I did so that same day. I then received a email stating on Nov 13th That all verification was taken care of and there was NOTHING else I needed to do on my end. I have sent several emails to them. I have contacted them on Facebook. Not one single person has contacted me with the information of my account that I bought. I purchased it, my boyfriend paid for it. He sent his verification license and so forth. I have no been ripped off for 26.04. Which is a shame.. Every day I check my spam folder, I clear it out, and in a hour I write them and check the folders again and clear them out. This is going on day 5 with no response from the team.

I wanted to update this report as I am the person who posted this but on a different site.

1). I didn't post on this site, I posted this issue on another site. Scaminformer stole my complaint and posted it on their site.

2). This issue with this company was resolved. My account information was sent to my PayPal Email Address not the email address I was emailing them from.
