Global Auto Inc. Practices Foul Business, Las Vegas, Nevada

On May 3, 2011 I rented a car from Global Auto Inc. for 4 days for $268.93 included in this price was auto insurance at $15.99 a day. I also placed a cash deposit of $171.03. On May 5, 2011 I was pulled over by Nevada Highway Patrol. I was informed by the officer that the car was not registered let alone to Global Auto Inc. And as well that there was no auto insurance on the car. The officer also notified me that the car was rented to me illegally with dealer plates on the car. Due to these issues the car was towed. I contacted a Mr. Ghassan Hayek at Global Auto Inc by phone from the location that the car was pulled over. He told me that he was on his way to pick up myself and my two children and would be taking up to the Global Auto to deal with the situation. Upon reaching the office Mr. Hayek told me that he would replace the rental and give me an extra two day of car rental for free. At this time I asked Mr. Hayek what he would do to rectify the issue of no insurance and registration. He handed me a copy of the insurance and said that upon my return of the car he would have the proof of registration. On May 8, 2011 I returned the car to Global Auto and was informed by Mr. Hayek that I was being charged even more monies beyond our preivious agreement. I was now being charged $330.00. A charge of $36.00 for taxes for the extra 2 days and a $25.00 fee for a return ride home. I asked Mr.Hayek about the proof of registration on the car towed and he responded by telling me the proof was on the license plate of the car.
