Joel, Please ship the order without any further delay. Regardless of weather conditions this has just become the way of the
world and how business is done. It is nearly impossible to locate these
specific cassettes any longer at a retail store, and I also live in an
extremely rural area. I was forced to go on-line to locate this product
and searched several different sites. The appealing aspect of your particular company was the promise of the
order being processed within 1 day and the order being shipped UPS. It is further frustrating that my disappoint in the delay - regardless of weather conditions - is unappreciated.

I suggest your company revise your site to indicate the reality of the
product being processed and shipped within 3-5 days and not advise that
it will be shipped UPS - as UPS is a fast service over the Postal
Service and leads customers to believe that the product will arrive
within 2 days - barring the weekend. I was advised this morning it would
take an additional 3-5 days before I received the shipment.

No apologies were given when I called. The world certainly isn't going to stop due to the delay of my receiving
this order, however it does create disappointment for more than just
myself. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Again, please ship the product without further delay. L. I placed this order on 1/27/11 - At the time on your website I was given the impression that this order would ship no later than the following day and that it was to be shipped UPS.

I had expected the package to be received yesterday 1/31/11 - however I just received an e-mail this morning indicating that my order has been received and when I called -the woman I spoke to - who did not provide a name - indicated that my order was on the skiff to be shipped today and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

I must say this is disappointing at the very least. Her reason for the delay is weather problems. It has already been 5 days since I placed the order - and I placed the order with your company as I believed in doing so - I would have had the product by now. I ordered this product for a project that I was expecting to have completed by tomorrow, and this will not be the outcome after all.

Highly unacceptable. I am not a satisfied customer.
