I GOT A 2007 COLBOLT LS IN MARCH OF 2007 IN THE YEAR OF 2008 IS WERE GMAC STARTED TO SHOW WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT I WAS TREATED HARESSED TOLD MY CAR WAS GOING TO BE REPO I WAS PUSHED INTO A DEFEREMENT ...5 TIMES A DAY THEY CALLED CALLED I DIDENT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID THAT TO ME I WAS SENDING IN CHECKS AFTER CHECK I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE IN 2008 I HAVE A SON WE BOTH ARE ON S.S.I I DONT GET THAT MUCH A MONTH AND GMAC BROKE ME DOWN I WAS GETTING UP EVERY HOUR TO CHECK IN SEE IF MY CAR WAS THERE EVERY MONTH GMAC WAS GETTING PAID I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT I WRITTEN TO ATTORNY GENRAL AND THEY TOOK MY CASE I PROVED GMAC WAS CASHING THE CHECK WHAT DAY... TIME... IN MONTH GMAC WAS TAKING MONEY FROM ME IN NOT PUTTING IT ON MY PAYMENT HISTORY I GOT A LETTER FROM ATTORNY GENERL AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AND AS OF DEC 23, 2010 I CALLED AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIX IT THEY EVEN PUSHED MY DATE EVEN FURTHER IM ASKING FOR HELP THEY CAN'T GET AWAY WITH THIS AND THEY SAID THEY CANT GIVE ME BACK MY LATE PAYMENTS IM A POUR SINGLE MOTHER TRYN TO FIND HELP PLEASE IF THIS TOUCH YOUR HEART PLEASE HELP ME
