Everytime you make a tee time golfnow.com charges a fee. I have accumulated points with them which expires at the end of the year. I went online to book a tee time for Christmas day and found golf courses open on their site, I booked using the accumulated points I have. I drove 2 hours to the golf course to find out it was closed. I called them to ask them to extend the points pass the new year since I have to work for the rest of the year. The supervisor declined and needless to say, I won't be using its services any longer. I specifically called them on the phone to make that Christmas reservation, but still got screwed. Their phone customer service reps are horrible. They just want to rip you off with the fees. Never again!

I had the same issue - nothing but problems with GolfNow. Their deals are nice if you can get them, but my rewards points were reset 3 different times and I've showed up to the golf course on 2 occasions and they had outings and could not get me out. I switched completely to Golf Pipeline because they offer more value for me as a golfer including other tools. I still use GolfNow for the deals on occasion but i have to call the course to make sure I can play at that time. I haven't had any issues with Golf Pipeline.
