Golfqpons Ken Collin Fraudulent business, deals Naperville, Illinois

On august 15th, I purchased a set of golf irons" Callaway Diablo Edge Iron Set 4-PW + SW with Steel Shafts - a total of 8 irons" as it was advertised on "golfqpons" website as their deal of the day with the price of $349.00. I received an email that as soon as deals ends I would recieve a voucher of my purchase. 2 days after ending of deals, I received no information regarding my purchase while my chase debit card had been charged for the item. I tried to contact them using their email address and phone number provided on their website by that time with no success to talk to anybody. The phone was going to their company voicemail and I left more than 5 messages on that number in the following 5 days after with no response from anyone in that company. I sent them a handful of emails asking about the status of my purchase and I received NO response. Fnally I visited the address that has been provided in their "contact us" section of their website and that was the only avaiable address by that time and nobody at that address, including neighbors were aware of the existence of this company. Finally I disputed my chase transaction and I got my credit back. I made e same purchase from another website and I received the item in less than 2 days. 4 days after my disput and 2 days after having my credit back to my account I received that purchased item which tracking number shows that it has been sent after they noticed I had my credit back and I disputed the transaction. Finally I tried to contact them using emails, phone numbers asking for rerun label for their product, again I received no response. At the end, bank provided me with a new name" Ken Collin" and a new address in Naperville and a new phone numbe that helped me finally talk to someone in that company. The mentioned person apparently was upset my call to his personal " cell phone" but refused to give me any solution for returning their items. thankfully after my dispute and calls they changed their address and phone number on their homepage website but still you can find the old address and previous number in the contact us section of their web site. The purpose of my report is to prevent and stop these guys from further unethical, unprofessional online business. they are trying to reject my dispute by sending the mentioned item very late after my initial purchased while I already made another purchase.
