Please remove this comment. It was posted by the Puerto Rican owner of a now defunct property management company that we were unfortunate to employ. She wrote us 4 bad checks on closed accounts and did not pay the State of FL or Osceola County taxes on our behalf. This person, Raquel D'Saronno was indicted in the Sate of NY and convicted and jailed of housing fraud. More recently, July 2011, she was arrested again in Osceola County, FL, for fraud, forgery and passing bad checks.
I am sure she will resurface and defraud many more people before she is done. Be aware of Raquel and Andino (Dino) D'Saronno, described as "very bad actors" but the Stae Prosecuting Attorney of NY.
My wife and I run a legitimate rental business and have many positive comments, and zero negative comments, from our guests. |
