Greg and Roxane Raaum along with their co-worker Dirk who lives in Vermont will not delivery anything, but take your money, literally, charging your credit card without your authorization. Greg is the front guy and he will ask for money up front, and I suggest do not give him any money, he will not do the work for you. In our case we had a website to do and he kept putting it off, but insisted on the monthly payments. He will give lots of excuses, health, financial, marriage problems, mental health issues, really try to make you fee bad. In the end, after months of trying to work with him and Dirk they will not deliver and all you can do is walk away to start again with a legitimate company. The sad thing is he waits until you can not file a credit card dispute and there is no way to get your money back unless you sue, but you are too broke to do this and just need to start over. They should be in jail, they have stolen tens of thousands of dollars from us and we had to walk away with nothing at all and a lot of hardship to recover from. They have been reported to the Attorney General in Texas and I suggest others do the same so in the end justice will be done.
