Wrong date on my reservation cost me the full price of the ticket all over again. On November 24th I made a reservation for me and my son to go from Miami to Key West for the 28th of November, after payment completed, the website showed me a ticket which we printed. The day before the trip the 27th, we called the main office phone number also shown on the website 305.444.0707 to confirm our trip. When I gave them my confirmation number we found out that the reservation was done with a wrong date and we were supposed to travel the 26th. The reservation was mistakenly done for the wrong date, so I tried to convince them on moving my reservation to the real day we wanted to do the tour to key west and they denied me to reschedule because they say the seats where reserved for me and couldnâ€™t sell those seats to anybody else unless we notify a cancellation 24 hours before the trip. So it was too late for a cancellation and refund, so we tried to get a discount to buy the tickets again, they said that the online price we paid is the lowest they can go on all tours and refused to do a further discount on my second purchase even when we didnâ€™t use the tickets the first time.
