I bought an ebay item (blackberry cell phone housing) from:

Ebay Id: ACCMONSTER. The cell phone housing fit horrible, there were spaces and bends all over the housing. I messaged them for a replacement or refund. They had me take pictures of the housing as it was installed so they could "investiage the problem". They concluded that I installed it badly and told me to take it apart and reinstall it, then contact them again if the housing still looks bad. I disassembled it and reinstalled 3+ times and messaged them again. After asking me for a refund or replacement, I asked for a free replacement. Then they told me (get this) that I have to pay for shipping to return it (must be first class mail and with tracking) and there is a restocking fee. Restocking fee for a cell phone housing that weighs less than a pencil. Here's the best part, after I emailed them the photos, did all those messages, and if I did pay to ship the item with mandatory tracking...they have the right to refuse the refund. Now, I'm stuck with a bad phone housing that they sold me and without a refund.

Bought a Laptop battery from Yall Inc., 726 64th St.
Brooklyn, NY 11220 via Ebay on 04/2011. The first one was DOA and it took them more than 2 weeks to replace it under the 3 year warranty. The replacement lasted about 1 month and it too failed. Contacted them asking for replacement. After several "do this, do that" emails, I got an email requesting $5.00 to send a replacement. I declined and finally I got an RMA # and sent it back. They sent me a fake USPS return number on the new one, BUT, it's never been submitted to USPS for mailing since 07/27/11. When I threatened to contact BBB and Attorney General in their area, they started blocking my replies to them via Ebay messages.
Now I'm out $25.XX PLUS 2x return shipping, PLUS a battery! If you buy from these people, be prepared to LOSE you Money! |

| Ordered a replacement battery cover for Motorola Android A855 Phone via Ebay from Yall, Inc., 726 64th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 on August 7th or 8th 2011. Arrived in a week. Bubble wrap lined envelope package was intact, totally sealed, not crushed. Opened to find battery cover in plastic sleeve, also intact, with barcoded seal sticker holding sleeve closed. Looks like a non-Motorola made part. REAR COVER HAD ONLY THREE OF THE FOUR TINES/"HOOKS" that secure cover to phone (even as poorly as Motorola designed it). No holes in the sleeve containing the cover, no holes in the bubble wrap envelope, no loose tine/hook floating around in the sleeve or envelope. Appears to have been damaged/defective before shipping and they knowingly sent it. Was low cost on order of about $6 or so, so almost not worth a complaint directly to them, but will send them a letter anyway as well as post here noting displeasure at shoddy practice of knowingly shipping obviously defective/broken merchandise. Will buy from someone else and warn anyone else I know needing anything like parts I needed or like those in the other complaints here to STAY AWAY. |

| I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell computer with a 3 year warrantly and it did not work. After returning two they decided to charge me to resend me a 3rd battery and now just wont respond to my messages on Ebay. This is terrible business. The ebay user name is laptops-home. |
