Heart Check America Heart Scam, Cheat America Irvine, California

My wife and I purchased a 10 year contract with Heart Check America in Irvine, CA for $2,495.00. This contract suppose to include 1 FREE full body scan with bone density one time, but paid $149.00 to have it done. It was never explained that there was a yearly renewal of $!49.00 in addition to our monthly payment of $139.97. We noticed that there was something wrong with the contract we signed and called immediately their office but convinced us we got a good deal. We could no longer back out but regretted so much of the situation. We were told we would receive a full body scan and bone density report. Until now we did not receive a bone density report even after repeated calls on 4/6/11, 4/11/11, 4/20/11 and 4/21/11. During those calls nobody could give us phone number or contact person to find out what was going on. There was a hint that Heart Check America went out of business. Today June 1 we were able to talk to John, previous employee said, they are no longer in business and are going through reorganization. We made 3 payments through Chase Heart Advance who financed our contract but we are hesitant to continue because the company could not deliver what they promised to do. They also promised us to give us $50.00 each referral. I referred 6 friends but I never receive $50 for each. They are big time Scam and cheaters of American people. Don't get scammed by this company. It's a shame and someone should stop them.
