I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from Heart to Heart and I would like a refund. When I was signing up for this service, I expressed a lot of hesitation, and was given what I thought was a rather substantial discount because I was told that they had more men than women, and really needed females. Additionally, right after I signed my agreement, I called in less than 24 hours to attempt to cancel my membership. At that time, I was discouraged from doing so and was told that they had already found me a couple of great guys, whose forms were in the mail and on the way. This was in fact the case. These things led me to believe that they had quite a substantial database of potential partners and that I was certain to get my moneyâ€™s worth from their service. I have since learned that this is not a reality, and I have begun to feel that I have been scammed. Since I enrolled 4 months ago, I have been on 6 dates total, I have called twice b/c I havenâ€™t received any potential date cards in a month or more, with this most recent case being that I have not received a date card in nearly 2 months. In addition to this, I have been on a couple of dates that I feel the men did not at all reflect what I said I wanted in a partner. I mentioned in my feedback at the time, that I felt I was given whatever they had available and it left me with the feeling that they were really scraping the bottom of the barrel for options, so to speak. I am extremely disappointed with this service and do not feel I should have to pay for a service that I am not receiving. The fee I paid was $1500 for 12 months. I have asked them to refund my money and they have not responded at all to my request. All I want is my money back.
