Heartland America Selling items not made for use in United States Chaska, Minnesota

Purchased a RCA Digital Plus Vidio Switch Box that your suppose to be able to hook up Dish system, VCR, DVD and Game Unit to. This Box cost $17.99 plus $2.99 Processing fee total $20.98 and takes 7 to 14 days for Postal Delivery. This box is made in China and not able to connect to US Satelite or Cable service. I called after receiving box and asked how I am suppose to connect with the connectors on directions? I was told by the Satelite Company this box is made for Foriegn connections not US. Heartland America said tehy would send a return Label for return and refund it would tale another 7 to 14 days for lable to arrive. That will be more than a month before or if I do get my refund. I will never order from Heartland America again nor would I recomend anyone else too.
