Hi Tech Collision

Hi Tech Collision and Glass Center Hi Tech did 3rd rate substandard work on my car and left it in very poor condition. lake forest, California

After an accident, AAA insurance referred me to Hi Tech Collision and Glass Centers. After 2 weeks I got my car back. Not until I got home did I realize that my right headlight had a ton of water inside of it, there was blue paint smeared on my white driver side door, there were new scratches that were not present prior to them working on it, and my stereo sounds like crap now. Almost as if they blew my speakers,or maybe even replaced my quality speakers with crap.

Also, my hood used to be lightweight and would stay up when raised. Now its heavy as hell and wont stay up. They used substandard used parts, and when I brought all this to their attention, they told me they would fix the headlight, and nothing else.

There is no way I am going to take it back to them after the awful work they did and the attitude they gave me. They also replaced a lot of stuff that did not need fixing. My headlights were not even damaged, yet they replaced them with used parts. In my opinion, they are scheisters and thieves. Do not EVER take your car to Hi Tech. They will turn it into a piece of crap.
