I was contacted by a gentlemen calling himself Fred and he said he had a great online work at home opportunity and they would help me in every way possible and there was an unconditional 30 day refund guarentee. So I signed up and sent them $499.99 for their program. After 5 days I recieved the booklet and several other pages including a reciept for the money I sent and a "Buyers right to cancel notice" After looking over the booklet and going on line to sign up and see my website along with all it offered I found out that nothing worked and all my requests for information was ignored. I called Fred and asked why nothing worked and he told me that they would look into it and get back with me but never did. So after several more days I finally had enough and called again talked to Fred again and told him that this program was not working for me and I wanted my money back. He said he would put it into the computer and I would get a call from someone in accounting and I would get a refund. So several days along with a weekend went by and on Sept 7 2011 I was contacted by a customer service rep calling herself Candice and said that they had processed my refund and she gave me a tracking number and it would take about 10 days for the money to be placed back into my account. So far nothing no refund I have contacted them several times now and still no refund. I went to my bank and told them what was going on but they did not know any reference number nor any refund in the pipeline for me. I again called and asked again where the money was and this time a gentlemen identifying himself as John George account rep. Said it was out of their hands and it was in the computer and he nor any one else could do anything aboput my refund.. It was between my bank and their bank. I asked what was the name of their bank or a number I could call to track down where my refund was however he declined to give me the information I requested.. So I have been calling every couple days asking them to give me my money back. So today 9-26-2011 I finally informed them that I was fileing a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and to the Office of Attorney General of Arizona. So I am also fileing a complaint here as well..
