I have a serious problem with HomeFix Corporation and I hope that you will forward this letter to your manager and to your complaint department so this matter can quickly be resolved because right now there is siding falling from my house and lying on my front lawn. This siding was installed by HomeFix Corporation. Based on your reputation and its promises and commitment to customer service I was surprised when HomeFix Corporation refused to take any responsibility for its work and is not honoring its contracts. The work I refer to was done out of your New Jersey office located at 4 Crossroads Drive #116 Hamilton, NJ. When I called this office the person I talked to was named Murreau and he was very difficult to deal with and argumentative, he refused to take any responsibility for his work or to honor the contract that was signed by the HomeFix Director at the point of sale which stated that they will service their work free of charge.
This man insinuated that he cannot be responsible for one nail that may have come lose. When I pointed out to him that this was not the failure of one nail because more siding is about to fall off on other areas of my house and when I mentioned other aspects of the job that was done hastily and in an unprofessional manner he said he will call me back. Over seventy hours later he has not returned my call and I do not believe he ever will. Unlike this man, the siding is falling off of my house and this is a serious concern to me and it should be a serious concern of HomeFix Corporation because if his attitude is allowed and perpetuated throughout HomeFix it will certainly diminish the good name of HomeFix and negatively impact business. Your good name was the main reasons why I contracted HomeFix to do my contracting work. I trusted HomeFix, their reputation and their commitment to its word and dedication to customer service which states on your internet site that, "we promise to make sure the job is done correctly even after the sale so my future dealings with HomeFix will depend on how his matter is resolved
