| I was contacted by a guy named Jonathon Lyons immediately after I visited the Government making homes affordable website. I checked them out online and they seemed reputable. Back in October 2010 they didn't have a lot of these negative complaints you see now. I guess they were just getting started. Jonathon assured me I would get a full refund "he would personally pay me back if this did not happen" if the modification didn't go thru. He was responding to my phone calls pretty consistently at first because I raised a red flag about 2 days in when I started finding web posting on how this company is a scam. I completely freaked out and called him and told him what I thought about this and he reassured me that these we old fired employees that we drug addicts trying to get back at this company. He is a fast talker with a New York accent. What a jerk. He already had my $2000 credit so I was already invested and had to put my faith in their hands. So he had associates collect paperwork from me. My banks have what they need to process my request but now that they are denying the loan modification I cannot get a hold of anyone in this office. They have all disappeared. I would love to get involved with others to place a class action lawsuit against these crooks and take them down. They are praying on people in difficult financial situations with their loans. That is pretty damn low. Please contact me if you are in the same situation with HomeSafe America. | Jonathan Lyons is a scumbag and the company he works for.What he and his company have done to me and many others is worse than what osama bin laden did to america.he and they should be hunted down and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law please let me know if there is a way to get a bounty hunter to find this guy and beat our monies worth out of him if we cant get our money back . |

| A person named Johnathan Lyons just tried to send me a check for money so I could send him the difference for some work I was going to do. The check would have bounced and he would have had money while I suffered. |

Jonathan Lyons Drew is a scam artist if you dont belileve call the New York Department of Probation.
He has stolen leads froma law fiirm and called them asking for money to be wired and postdated checks to MELCO CORP LLC with his account with Chase Bank
Ask if hehas a license Ask if he has a website and busibness address that is not a PO BOX ask for a physical address. He has none.
DONT SEND CHECKS TO MELCO CORP unless you want to pay for his life style and bar bill |

i heard from this guy also. He told me he was with a law firm and even told me i could check them out. everything made sense until he told me to pay a company called Melco Inc. He actually talked badly about the law firm he had me check out. When i told him to get lost he got hostile and started insultiung me.
At one point i called him and he seemed confused about who he was - he would not give me his name until i told him who i was. Very strange.
