Host Color Beware of This Hosting Company! They will Scam you out of your Money... Wilmington, Delaware

I recently purchased a dedicated server with this company and my experience with them could not of been worse. Once you make their payment to them they will do everything in their power to turn off your server and take your money! They told be I violated their TOS and am not eligible for a refund after 1 day of having the server running. I did not send any unsolicited email as they claimed but they still went ahead and scammed me out of a measly $127.00. I guess they needed it more than I do. The customer service department of this company is virtually non-existent. They all speak broken English and take days to respond to support tickets. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone be prepared to not understand what they are talking about, as they all seem to be of Indian decent. I even had one of them hang up on me in the middle of a conversation (if you want to call it that). All in all, stay away from this company unless you have money and aggravation to spare.

Yes, they speak broken English . Until now i didn't have problem .
I am thinking if is ok to continue because the first time they tried to call me, because my mob didn't had signal they send me a pdf document to sign some information with personal details. This was very mysterious for me and i respond back why they send me that document, asking me very private information.
I send email that i will put my card to other mobile and to try again to call me.

Then they answered me back and they asked what was my problem, of course i said, my problem is that all the Banks are saying to their customers to not send private data such as card details with name, surname, card number and so on.

So even if i didn't have problem until now i suggest to find other web hosting service.
