Considered one of the most dangerous attorneys in the entire state of New Jersey. Howard Teichman is under investigation for perjury in New York and New Jersey as well as on the radar for the Feds in D.C. for his role in a massive bankruptcy scheme. It has been alleged that he has been giving false testimony and filing false certifications to various Federal Judges. Allegedly his lies are so well crafted and concealed that things he is swearing and certifying to Federal Judges appears to be true on its face because he is highly skilled at deception but upon close examination appear to be protecting a number of interconnected illegal schemes. Mr. Teichman is under investigation for allegedly designing a multi-million dollar bankruptcy fraud scheme against a woman that doesn't speak English. Money is at the root of his deception - alot of money.
