HSBC
HSBC Best Buy credit card Account Shield Protection is a scam that you will not be able to remove new york, New York
15th of Aug, 2011 by User984486
I have been calling many times to cancel account shield plus
at 1-800-365-6256. I choose option 1, I input my account number and SSN TWICE
each time. I know that each time I do that HSBC records this and tries to avoid
the cancellation by discouraging the client. Then, the HSBC system connects me
to the technical support who is unable to remove the shield protection. Then,
they redirect me, I have to input my account number and SSN twice again, I get
the wrong department, then again I input all info once more and then the lady
HANGS UP on me once I tell her I need to cancel my protection. This one call
took 55 minutes. I called many times, never succeeded. I am publishing this
info in consumer product report and I am submitting now mail to various
authorities in the US about the scamming tactics by HSBC. I need this crap be
canceled from my account. Thousands of people will read this text and comment
on it on the internet.
Overall, I inputted my account number 16 times during this single conversation with a HSBC computer. Thank you HSBC! I am glad you will charge me for a service that I do not need.
