| Never returned my money |

I booked my trip to India on Vayama.com. but can not go due to some reason. I called them and told them that I am not well, can you please cancel my tickets and return my money. They said they will talk to Airline and return my money. I followed with them at least 2 years and during that time credit card got expired.
Please tell me who has so much time and energy to follow up. After 2 years they said they will return my money only on my original card. I told them I don't have now but....
The bottom line is I never rec'd my refund. WILL REQUEST EVERYBODY that NEVER use this site. This is not a false report. Anybody can call me even to confirm , I can be reached at [email protected]. I will request to pay more but please don't ever use this site. Please email me you for any question and I will provide you phone number, so that you can verify it directly from me. Also if you want I will forward you my ticket and you contact directly about it.
BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE CHEATERS AND THEY WILL NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY.
