I'm angry that the repair that was supposed to be done on car was not done and they telling me it might had been something else. They did a guess work on car that caused so much pain and stress in the cold when my car broke down again and I had to call two hours in the cold on highway 25 south of Foley Minnesota. After paying them and they told me the car was good to go, they same problem exist and even causing more money because we had to two it to near by auto repair shop. The shop told it was a fuel filter that needed to be replace, but the previous shop told me it a crank shaft that was the problem. I told them they never did the job so I want a refund but the mechanic got mad saying no hangup the telling he's too busy to keep talking to and nothing he do about it. And by the way he told I can't understand you because of your accent and that got me really mad because we been talking previous and it was all good now he cannot understand me because they did bad that doesn't want admit. I want the Better Business Bureau to hold them responsible for bad business practice. This reason I might lose my new job I just started and all most died in that on Thursday on 2/10/2011 and a total stranger I knew not had to help and took me to his house and took home otherwise I would had died in that because of the guess work they did on my car and telling me it might be something else all that nose sense. How professional auto repair shop guess on a client car especially in this Minnesota winter? I had to burrow money to even get the repair pay for. This causing too stress and money right now that I don't have. I want this shop to pay me back because the problem still exist that I told them about. Please help me to go after them and end their bad business, don't care about you practice. Thanks in advanced. I need them to pay back and I will keep fighting for the customers who have been scam but scar to fight back.
