I purchased 100 telemarketed refinance leads from these scam artists. Christi Giovanni told me they would be telemarketed the day before they were sent to me each day. Was supposed to receive 5-7 per day. Only received a total of 20 (all in one day) of which only ONE had a valid phone number. The prospect told me she had not spoken to anyone regarding a refinance in at least 18 months! All other numbers did not exsist. In fact, some of the area codes sent on the leads provided do not even exist! We also bought 25 LIVE TRANSFERS that were bogus as well. I think one of the clients pretending to be interested was actually Christie Giovanni! The other "live transfer" lead's phone number was disconnected less than 12 hours after we spoke. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY CHRISTI GIOVANNI! Christi Giovanni will not return any calls or emails so don't even bother. We realized this was a scam after 1 day of receiving leads. Tried them anyway and wasted our time in doing so. If you have been ripped off by Christi Giovanni, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE NY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE!

276-477-5524 Rental scammer number with spoofed phone number. Posts multiple properties on Zillow, Trulia, hotpads and craigslist trying to get deposits and personal information for identity theft. Uses lot of names including Nathan Howell, Andrew Landing and others. This piece of internet filth owns no property and is not a landlord. Send him money and it will be GONE along with your personal information. Beware.
