First, I placed an order on Dec 3rd, 2012. I placed an order for 4 items. After not receiving my package for 10 days I started calling. I tried calling on 4 occasions. Finally after sending 3 emails and calling more times than I can count, I finally reached a representative on Dec 14th telling me that they were on back order for 3 of my items! This was almost two weeks after I had initially placed my order. So what were they planning on doing? Not sending until they got the stuff in?? When I finally switched all of my back ordered items to things they actually had (which was very limited) they sent my package. I never received my package. On Dec 21st I called to see what was going on. I was given a tracking number with USPS.com. These stupid idiots sent me my package via USPS when I paid for FedEx, because USPS doesn't deliver to my work address. I finally got ahold of USPS who said that my package was on its way back to illpumpyouup.com as it was undeliverable. I called illpumpyouup 13 times before reaching a rep named Pete who told me that my package must've missed the pickup for FedEx, so they sent it via USPS. Nobody bothered to refund the $7 difference.. And I have a feeling this is a scam they're running. I was so ***ed at this point that I just cancelled the order and said I wanted a refund. The employee then tried to tell me that he couldn't refund me until my package was back in there posetion. Which could be a week later. Told me to call back!!!!! I'm so sick of this scam artist company and I truly feel for all the people that this company scams on a daily basis. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. By the way, it's January and I have yet to receive my refund, or any product. Another review from a similar situation: One word to describe this website, SKETCHY!!! Several things I learned through a few orders with them. 1. They will get your order wrong constantly and when you try to get it fixed, YOUR EMAILS/CALLS GET IGNORED 2. They charge you fedex shipping but then send it postal just to make more money, even baiting you to add package insurance even though they wont actually add it to shipment. 3. They will switch your products without telling you and just charge your card more. 4. They are constantly out of stock on popular products so your left with a message to try again in the next couple of days. 5. Could go on all day, save yourself a headache and stick to the trusted places like bb.com and others.

THE PREVIOUS ORDER TOTAL AMOUNT WAS $287.46, THIS ORDER IS $244.98, THEREFORE YOU CAN USE THE DIFFERENCE TO SEND THE ITEMS BY DHL OR FEDEX, KNOWING FULL WELL THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR SHIPPING WITH THE PREVIOUS ORDER, THE TWO COMPANIES THAT I HAVE REQUESTED YOU USE HAVE A 2-3 DAY DELIVERY SERVICE TO QATAR THIS WOULD BE A GOOD CHOICE.

He John I deeply apologize for your delay, like I had said before, once the package leaves the country, we give it 40 days from the day of shipping because we have seen A LOT of international orders take that long, and if you do not receive a package within that time frame, then we either refund you or send another package. As of this point, the tracking information says it departed Miami which means we believe it is in transit and should be delivered. We are sorry that the time is not faster, however when it comes to international orders, there is no possible way to track a international order. So again, we deeply apologize for the time but once 40 days comes, then in that instance is where we believe the package is lost. So. If the package does not come by 8/20/2014 then we will either refund you or send out another shipment, however if that were the case we probably wouldn’t ship because of the fact your country has a problem receiving supplements. I am very sorry for the delay and hope you understand that international orders are not smooth and simple, there are many factors as to why it could be delayed, in most cases, it is your countries customs.



Thanks for the email, and if you do not receive by 8/20/2014 then email back so we can resolve the issue from there, as of now there is not an issue, it is an international order and those take quite awhile, thank you.

I am sorry to write this email, but at this time I still have not received the products which have been ordered and paid for, I have written several emails as well as telephone conversations to your company asking for information on this order, I was told that the order was in Qatar on the 1st August by your team then on another phone call the chap told me that the person who told me this was just guessing, I have called USPS and asked for information and was told that only the shippers could do this, I have since sent another email to ([email protected]) on 10/08/2014, asking for your company to contact USPS to get the custom clearance documentation for this shipment, I have received no reply from anyone.



If you truly value your customers would someone from your company kindly tell me when and where this shipment is and when it will arrive, I do not require a refund after waiting so long, I require the products order, why send by USPS why did you not send by DHL or FEDEX, if you are going to resend please inform me and ensure that these items are fast tracked in other words 2-3 days, I would also like a call from senior management on this issue.
