imensgifts.com tried to take my money without actually shipping anything from Santa Ana, California

Beware! They took my money for free and did not ship out anything! Now i've seen this before. Last time my faith in e-commerce was shaken like this -to make a long story short- I received first class postage from that state's Correctional Department notifying me of the criminal's incarceration date and date of my expected refund. imensgifts.com displayed no shame in getting angry on the phone when i essentially just tried to point out something may not be right. I don't think they are even American, they spoke with accents; Spanish accent if i'm not mistaken. This happened before Christmas too. They gladly took my money and held it for almost a month before I finally inquired. They said it's shipping out today. A couple of days later I call and they said "you canceled your order, remember". THEY WANTED ME TO BELIEVE IT AND JUST FORGET MY MONEY WAS TAKEN!!!
Then they strongarmed me into cancelling my order by saying my item will not arrive for a month. There is no such thing! *recap: They will take your money and hold it until you call to cancel. They can collect thousands of low cash transactions in this way, then escape back to their country of origin. I just rechecked their website and i realized all their items for sale are esoteric items that would all have the same believeable story of waiting for a month before another shipment arrives.
