Instead of just attaching the Software which I paid for to an e-mail and sending it to me, the company kept replying to my e-mails with false information, never once having sent me any of the four products which I purchased.

I need the software. otherwise, I would never waste my time like this with any company. For seven entire days, this communication has been going back and forth. They reply "We will send it tonight," or "we will send one tomorrow, " and so on so forth.

If they do in fact have any such software, this company does not have any respect for their customers' time which is wasted in this mindless communication back and forth.

If they do in fact have any such software as they advertise, how can any consumer believe that, even if I were to receive it, how can I possibly expect it to work?

I paid for the software because the company claimed in their long advertisements on the internet that their products would perform many actions which other companies whom I purchased from could not do , and do it more reasonably.

I have wasted an entire week of my time in e-mails back and forth, phone calls to companies which do not exist, and calls to Pay Pal to contact and complain to the company.

When I did not get any response to my first payment, I ran their phone number on the internet. These companies had about 50 different, unrelated companies listed on the internet which use the same phone number. when I called the number, a man told me that it was a private home, and that theydid not sell any products.

Not only am I out, temporarily or not, the $350 I paid, I am out about 30 hours of my time and disrupted 6 days' ofwork in chasing these partiesaround.
