I ordered a Olympus camera from them. First they advertized it as an olympus TG-810. What was shipped was a Olympus 8010. Two days after I ordered the camera I got a call from a salesman who informed me that the camera did not come with a battery or charger and sold me these items for an additional cost.
When it came it was repackaged in a generic box missing the software. Upon checking their web page for the camera which was sent, I foung out that the camera was supposed to come with a charger and battery. When I contacted the company I got passed around until I could only leave a message. I received an email that stated that I had ordered an upgraded battery and charger. I went to the Olympus web site and looked up what comes with the 8010 model. The battery and charger that I was sold as upgrades was what Olympus ships with this camera from the factory. I also ended up paying shipping and handling which according to their web page is free.
