International Society of Poetry Lulu Brand Poem is Missing Jamestown, Pennsylvania

I was a member of Poetry.com and had two poems published: Memories and Years Gone By. I paid to have these published and copyrighted. I recently heard that this was a scam and would like my money back and/or my poems back. I was told that I was a winner but never took the offer to go to the convention. I could not afford it but I did pay to have a book shipped to my home, a trophy, and a medallion. Tried to find the poems on the site that took over the company but was unsuccessful. I just want justice and my money returned to me.

wow this is crazy cus i had a buch of mine published and bought my first book for it and said i was a winner as well. i am with you and would like my money back...

I can't get in touch with The International Society of Poets since "LULU" took it over. I did get some lovely poem books published previously, but can't get any more reprints. It was titled "God's Creation, My Inspiration, and I received the U.S. copyright for it. It contained some story, and about 100 poems of religious and human nature, with no colorful four letter words, totally respectful. People who have received copies have expressed appreciation, but I gather that others have not been so fortunate. It's too bad when all the cost of 'set-up' has been wasted. I am considering having the book reprinted by another company if a demand is shown. I own the copyright, so I feel free to do so, using the proper notations. Donald W. Dolson.
