I received a partial order from International wigs. Two of the wigs were not what i ordered. The wigs we poor quality and drastically different from what I saw on the website. I was disappointed by far. I went to the website and called the number that was listed. I got a recording saying this number is for orders only, leave a message and we will get back with you and it could take up two days. So sent an email, telling them that I send the wigs back and just wanted to know how the refund would be happen. The emails I received from them was in my opinion from a 2 years hired to answer email, not a professional. This person was rude and repeatedly insulted me. Here is a conversation of our email below. I have dealt with a lot of companies online and was never, ever treated like this. I sent the wigs back and now waiting to hear from them. Their website site no refund but they will send a gift card... Please do not order from this company 1st email from me on Jul 8 at 1200n
I received 3 of the 4 wigs i ordered. I am not happy with two of them, which i am sending back. I didnt realized when i order that i could not recieved a refund, but a gift card. yes, you had two shipments. we dont offer refunds as outlined on our website
i am sure your other items will arrive shortly. lace items take some extra time, as outlined on our website, along with our return policy

i have sent then back already. I understand the I will not get any money but I expect the gift card. If i have realized that this was a company that does not back up there products and the consumer is stucked ie, no refund, no exchange i would not have done business with you. we certainly back up our items and list our policy on our site. countless wig companys dont offer refunds. we are nothing unique there. our policy is copied from the top ten wig sites
we strongly suggest you read website info before ordering- anywhere
your credit will be sent in the manner and time listed on our website

This is the first time i orderd a wig from any website, so know i was not familaized with other company policy. I just want to know what is going to happen now. Your email was personal and not professional. A a consumer I have the right to know what will happen now. I asked a question, a direct question. What will happen now that the it aems are sent back. we will not reply to any other such harassing emails! This is the end of your convesation, I asked a simple question and then was insulted by a nameless person. who was very unprofessional and rude. This company should not be able to do business on the web
