inventsai lied, threaten to steal idia, cannosburg, Pennsylvania

I was told by Jim jackson on first contact,several things he would do that never happened and were direct lies.
I sent him my invention Idea and he thought it was great. First of all Jim told me that inventsai was a affiliate of the B.B.B. with an A rating and told me to check it .
I did and found out they were not affiliated and had a B rating. When I asked him why he told me that . His answer was to be with them they would have to turn over all there customers, and the company refused to do that. This did not answer my question of why he lied to me and told me to check with the B.B.B. On the first day he also said he would be emailed me a contract and sending out a copy in the mail that day. This was on a No email came. from to the following monday. we had several calls . Him telling me his development crew was ready to go on my great idea. He claimed he sent the contract to my email at least 9 times. He had me go to my friends computer 1 hour away and use thier email, still no contract or email. Them he claims he set it to my mothers email for 2 days and several calls. Again no emails. He clained he mailed out contract, thursday , friday, but no contract came. He refuse to tell me anything about the company,steps that I would need to go through or prices till I got a contract. He assured me several times a day that his delevoment divison was allready on my invention. He claimed he did not really know how to send a email. Finally on the following monday still nothing. I asked if I could talk to somone else. Jim replied NO. I asked him if anyone in his company knew how to send a email. He said no. I again asked him why he had told me that he was aaffelet of the B.B.B. He replied he allready answered that question. At this he siad well them mabey we are not the company for you. I answered you have my Idea you say your delovping it. For a week you been stalling to get me a contract. Jim said , we do not need you,, I have your idea,,,, have a nice christmas and hug up on me. When I called back I said I had a garrentee from him in writting about my idea. I was told that i better get a good lawyer because theirs were the best and would tie my claim up and would end up with nothing, have a nice christmas and hug up again. The contract came that friday. it had been mail on monday after theses calls. I got a email on wenday but no contract .just a basic email to use there company. I BELIEVE JIM JACKSON WAS STALLING SO HE COULD STEAL MY IDIA. iT IS REALLY A GREAT ONE THAT CAN BE USED AROUND THE WORLD AND NOW HAVE HIRED A DIFFENT COMPANY
