I received an email ad from iPhonesintocash.com on 3/11/2011 indicating that they buy used iPhones. Their website ad included an agreement whereby I agree to sell the phone to them and they agree to mail me their check within 3 business days after receipt of the phone. On 3/22/2011 I received an email confirmation that they received my phone and that my check has been cut. On March 28th, 2011, March 30th, 2011, March 31st, 2011, April 1st, 2011, April 3rd, 2011, April 4th, 2011, April 6th, 2011, and April 7th, 2011 emails were sent to them advising that their check still has not been received. During that time I also called their office three times and the lady that answered told took my name, telephone number, email address and the type of phone that was sent to them and said she would have someone contact me by phone or email that day or the next. The only communications received from them have been 4 emails. On 3/22/2011 confirming receipt of my phone; on 4/4/2011 responding to some of my emails stating that 'he' was out of town and did not have access to email, and that my check was mailed on 3/23/2011; on 4/4/2011 responding to my request to confirm my mailing address; and on 4/6/2011 assuring me that the check was mailed on 3/23/2011. This last email was after I copied to them a complaint that I filed with the Kansas City, MO. Better Business Bureau. To date, their check has not been received.
