they been ripping off a lot a people, this two. asking for cash this irma velazquez lives here in san diego, the other irma dulanto lives in peru. supposly she is the witch who ask for money to cure people from curses and witch craft. irma velazquez is the one who find the people and make them believe de dulanto witch is going to take care of them,they scam a lot of co-workers too. i call the police and the fbi, but nothing happen. becouse this two woman work with cash they couldnt track the amount of money they are asking for every client. the irma velazquez one she works in the same hospital i am. also steal things from the hospital, i have not witness that, but a co-worker told me she took a lap top in a big bag. this a good matter to investigate. the dulanto witch work with brujos in peru supposly they all cure people from all over the world. they rippme off too, but i did not let them continue.
