iS3, Inc sells StopZilla online and other bad software that doesn't work very good at all and they state on their website at iS3 you have a 1 month no questions asked money back Guarantee if you do not like their software. I been fighting these people for over two months now to get all all my money refunded with no luck. They won't credit back all my money and I keep getting the run around when I call them to speak with customer service. They also lied to my Discover Card Company that I did not cancel. If you see any website selling StopZilla, AntiFraud, AntiVirus and MaxPc, you best advice is to avoid them at all cost because they are a pack of scammers that won't back up their Guarantee. These people are terrible people there and are legally stealing from us all by not backing up refunding all your money if you call them in less than one month to say you don't like their product and want you money back. I called them in 1 week to let them know I did not want to keep using their StopZilla program because it was calling my legit software for my Logitech Cam and other hardware with software that came with it Trojan viruses. I hate these creeps for making my life Hell by lying to me and my credit card company and basically stealing from me. Avoid them at all cost. |

Never buy STOPZILLA & don't be fooled by the address & customer service number. The customer service call center is incompetent to say the least. Rude, poorly trained & poorly informed personnel. Moreover, do read the privacy statement. They are violating the customer's privacy when they download the product. They selling your personal identifiable information and telling they are in their privacy statement. They do not provide an opt-out feature. You are utterly & completely exposed. Do not by this product is not as effective as Micro-Trends or other major virus products with a reputable traceable company and company leadership. This company has no one accountable for the customer experience. No escalation path. The Customer Service people laughed when I asked for an escalation. There is no escalation path. No one in the company's leadership or ownership is wiling to put their name on the product or company. Do not trust this company under any circumstances if you value your privacy and want to protect yourself from identity theft. |
