JCI Luxaire furnace

JCI Luxaire furnace Clinton Morgan, Bardon supplies Fixed my 1 year old furnace and took my refund. 15 mins cost $450 Ajax, Ontario

On October 2009 the weather was starting to drop low. My furnace would not work I got Clinton Morgan to repair my warranted issue (blower motor). He told me to write my name and address on the box to receive my refund. Well it never came 2 months later, I called Bardon supplies and they told me it was already received by Clinton. I called him to no avail. I emailed Jci and was told Shane Bond Would get to the bottom of this. That didn't happen. When I told him I was going to the media to prevent this scammer from doing this again. He replied in a forwarded email to someone named Barbra "he is pulling the media threat" and that was the last email I received from him. He also mentioned that they paid Bardon for the warranted item. My problem with this is how does Bardon charge my credit card for a part and then refund it to someone else for the same item. So Bardon drop the ball, JCI picked it up and threw it in my face. And clinton Morgan spit in my face with respect to ripping me off. Lastly because of my furnace going my mom had a stroke due to the temp in her room in oct 2009. And is now in a nursing home with no use of her left side. Thank you for reading stay away from Luxaire, clinton Morgan and anyone that tells you to pay for a warranted item. Make them pay for it.
