Jiffy Lube flooded car Conway, South Carolina

After our recent experience I would stay away from Jiffy Lube. While changing our oil Jiffy Lube employees crimped our AC Line so it would not leak on them and then forgot to pull the line back down. As a result over the next few days the AC water completely saturated our 2011 Honda CRV. On July 5th the assistant manager or the Conway SC Jiffy Lube said he could understand why I was upset and acknowledged it appeared to be a problem caused by a Jiffy Lube employee. The following day the manager chose to deny Jiffy Lube had caused any damage to my car. Over the last week we have spent hours trying to remove the water and smell from our vehicle. We have contacted the Jiffy Lube corporate office by email and two phone calls. I have received no communication from the corporate office and no written response concerning compensation as I have requested.
As an organization it appears Jiffy Lube takes no responsibility for their errors which cause damage to customers cars.
