about eleven years ago I had aquired some money from being severley injuired on someones property, resulting in my losing my spleen, when I got the settlement I found some property and I bought It, I was so happy when jimwalter mortage company said they would build my house, I danced around and said im getting a house built Im geting a house built, boy was that the biggest mistake of my life, after I signed the contract for them to build on my land, then they told me I could not get the house I wanted, because my income was not high enough, so I had to settle for a low income boxtype house, which was put togeather very poorly, the foundation is cracked, the cealings are crackingn the roof leaks, you can't hardly open the windows, the walls are cracking, half the time the electricty goes out, or fiickers all the time, you would think that the house not being very old it would not already be falling apart. in 2007, I had a masseve heartatack I was in the hospital for about a month, on a ventilater, one year later I was diganoised with colorectal cancer. and had to go through cemo and radition and three surgeries, so I have fallen behind on the mortage because of all of that, I was paying fifty dollars extra amonth to try to catch up on the mortage, but then a couple of months ago the only car I had exspired, so I had to find another car so I could go back to school to be a nurse, and my payments got behind agian, I tried to talk to them to see if they could put it on the back of the mortage but they wont do it, and now they are going to forclose on me.
