JMC Removals Poor service, lacking in professionalism, courtesy and customer care Southampton, Other

I found JMC Removals listed in my local area in the yellow pages, I gave them a call as partner and I were moving home. Regrettably what has been a stressful few weeks in my life was not only compounded but made worse by using JMC Removals. When using any removal company I would expect certain elements of service; punctuality, efficiency, politeness and respect for my belongings. Unfortunately JMC failed to deliver in any of these elements. Not only this when I mentioned the fact we were running behind schedule Peter, one of the removal men rudely dismissed my complaints and then became quite aggressive and
borderline threatening. Feeling slightly intimidated I left them to it and just wanted the job to get done so I could
pay them up and get them out of the house. Having finished late into the evening (when it should have been
completed by the afternoon) we started to unpack our items and noticed several items damaged and our sofa badly scuffed. This just about summed up my whole experience. Which still leaves a sour taste. Because of Peter's aggressive matter I decided the best course of action was to write to Trading Standards highlighting my
dissatisfaction with the job JMC Removals have done and making them aware of such a terribly unprofessional company operating in our area. Hopefully this review will save people in future having to experience what I have at the hands of JMC Removals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
