Joe Ricupero RRS Construction No licenses or permits Ajax, Ontario

No construction permit for city of toronto, no drawings for major house construction, no ESA site license, no ESA inspection report, no Ontario plumbing inspection, suspected no City of Toronto general contractor license. I don't know whether he had insurance for the construction. Also, suspect he used unlicensed plumbers and electricians. He was sent to me by my Ontario licensed mortgage broker, working hand in glove. I wonder about other people on this Ripoff Report, who recommended him to you? Your mortgage broker? Who is he/she?

Yesterday I called an electrical contractor to check Joe's electrical work. The contractor showed me that Joe had left many live wires. He said that the house is a death trap for me and my tenants and the repair work will cost $3, 000

I phoned the new homeowner of Joe's house in Uxbridge to get Joe's new address, and the homeowner said that they had had a lot of trouble with Joe's unpaid bills arriving there, people arriving at their door still looking for Joe and even a government official looking for Joe.

Another Contractor or home renovator that does not have a license and does shady work is Chuck Somerville from Somerville Renovation out of Alliston On. He uses old material and charges you new, doesn't listen to home owners directions on what is to be fixed and how, does what he wants and charges you double. We had a water closet redone, made very clear that we didn't want drywall put on walls just plastic. Closet was 6X4, he used left overs from other jobs and charged us 1700 bucks. Other contractor came afterwards and quoted the same job for 700 bucks.
