We have been working with a credit counseling center for the past 2 years they have settled alot of our debt.
We got a judgement against us without us knowing. Johnson & Mark lied to the court saying they had served us, luckly we were out of town and had witnesses. We were able to have to have the judgement reversed. We ansewered the summons and ask the court to let us talk with judge kouris and tell about our hardship we are going through. We are self employed, I have extreme High blood pressure, i also take care of my mentally ill nephew. Judge Kouris ignored our protest and awarded Johnson & Mark with out notifying us about the judgment. We found out about the judgement through letters sent to our banks and mortgage company. I told the judge that I could not take to much stress as it would cause me to have life threatening sickness. (along with high blood pressure, I also suffer from depression, Graves deises and kidney problems). Both judge kouris and johnson mark ignored the hard ship letter. I have had a backpain since last october 2010 to present april 2011,and diarrhea, I have had a CT scan my family doctor said the CT showed nothing. My Kidney doctor said he found through the scan and blood tests that I now have a fatty liver, and stage 2 of kidney disiese, He has given me 5 to 15 years before I will either die or have diaylasis. I have no chance of a transplant because I will be to old for one. I wished I could find an attorney to take on both Judge Kouris and Johnson Mark.
I pray to god to have pity on them as they destroy more lives.
