Do not rent from Jon Jon Development of Auburndale Fl. The owner do not do repairs as needed on his properties. Have been noted on several violations to code enforcement in Bartow Fl. Have several units that had patch work done to hide the problems or have not done any at all, several major leaks, black mold, carpet issues, infestation, AC units issues, ceiling falling down, and bathroom issues. Most of these issues has started becoming health issues. If there is any damage to personal property cause by any major leaks that is due to wear and tear he will not pay for the replacement of your property. These apartment were build in the 1980s so is need of major work in which he is not willing to do except collect the rent.
