Judith (Judy) Heft is a woman who targets "high-net worth individuals" -- especially vulnerable senior citizens. She convinces the elderly who have considerable assets to sign over limited power-of-attorney so that she has complete access to bank accounts and other financial holdings. Even on her website: www.judithheft.com (in the FAQ sections), it states: "Older adults often cannot or should not continue to manage their finances on their own. Judith Heft & Associates works with older adults to manage their finances in a way that maintains financial health while preserving their self-esteem." This is just one example of how Judy Heft tries to convince the elderly that they are incapable of handling their own finances. It has NOTHING to do with "self-esteem," but rather her desire to control and have full access to sizable assets of her vulnerable senior citizen clients. It should be noted that elder abuse is a serious moral and criminal issue.

I've used Judy Heft and Associates over three years for my mothers estate. Judy has been GREAT. I have found her to be CARING, HONEST, and she even found ways to save my mother money. Whom ever wrote this bogus information about Judy is a coward; they didn't even sign their name, nor did they provide any proof to substantiate any of their claims. I would also question this web site SCAM INFORMER, you can't fine any information on this company/ website to confirm THEIR credibility.
