Jump for Fun will RUIN your childs birthday party Los Angelos, California

This company is dispicable. I rented 2 water jumpers from this company for my sons 6th birthday. They demanded payment by check or credit card prior to supplying the jumpers. Once the jumpers were set up, the "employees" left and would not return to fix some problems. We had the jumpers scheduled for a 3 hour party. Before the party started one jumper the Slip and Slide flipped over following a wind gust because the employees didnt secure it. They refused to come out and put the jumper back up. The second jumper, Jaws, separated and was causing the children to hit their heads and eventually after 30 minutes had split for far apart we were afraid the children would get caught in the plastic. I called the company 3 times to try to get someone to come fix the jumper and they refused. Ten children were extremely disappointed because they didnt get even a half hour of fun on the jumpers. I tried to get a refund from my credit card company but found out they would not allow my to dispute the charges because it was a service and not a product. I tried to work with the company to get some type of refund and they refused. They do not provide an address for their company and will not give out any information about the company in order to file any complaints. They are a dirty business and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone for any reason.
