No communications, no product

I called and even emailed the site phone number and email. I placed an order and was given confirmation three days ago. They still have my order marked as pending. I'd just like to cancel but good luck getting correspondence from this scam artist. Unprofessional and inconvenient, if not a total scam. Don't give them your money or your cc number

Can you please email me at [email protected]. I am the owner of the website, and would like to personally apologize to you about what has happened in your case. To anyone who may be reading this post, I would like to let you know that we have had issues with internal theft within our company with a particular employee. This employee has been terminated immediately once it was uncovered what he was doing. Not only was he stealing money and product, but he also managed to make a lot of people upset and lose trust in us. We are NOT out to scam anyone by any means. We are currently pursuing legal action against this individual, and trying to make sure that he doesn't do this to anyone ever again.

In conclusion, please feel free to contact me at the above email, and I will personally make sure that every customer that has been taken advantage of is compensated accordingly. We all know that business is built on trust and respect, and we strive for exactly that with each and every sale we receive from our valued customers.

If the person reading this is the former employee, you know who you are, I want you to know that the necessary steps are/will be taken to prosecute to the fullest extent.
