| Up to a week ago I was employed by this fradulent lying company. I replied to their job advertisement stating it's $1800.00 a month plus comission/bonuses. Worked for a month selling Kirby vacuums and at first it was ok. We where told we had to work Monday thru Saturday starting at 9am and we never left work until after 11pm. Also ended up working on Sundays and was told if you miss a day you loose comission on any sales made prior to you missing work. The first crew that I was in was great, we had a good "field manager" and everything seemed legit. But when I was changed to a different crew with a different "field manager" found out they where dishonest and defrauding their customers. They gave them used machines we had previously used to do our demonstrations. They where just cleaned up to look like they had never been used and repackaged in the box. Also the "field manager" said that I had to force the customer to buy the machine because that is what I was paid to do. Which I refused to do. Management is aware that it goes on and does nothing to stop unethical business practices and is basically allowing their clients to be victims of fraud and stealing hard earned money. These machines cost anywere between $1800 to $2500. Management also allows for the "veteran" workers to abuse the other coworkers and intimidate them into doing stuff for them. Many co-workers that started with me left within days because of all this and left without getting a single dime paid to them. I put up with all this bull crap because I have a family to feed and needed the money. When the time came to get paid I had to end up staying an extra day because of management. They said they had to have a meeting before we got paid because they knew a lot of people where probably going to be quitting. When I got to the office the next day we where told we would get paid after the work day. So when I got my check that night I was furious and shocked to discover my big check was only $200.00 I would warn against anybody buying from these people because they abuse their employees by having "free" workers and scamming their customers into buying "new" machines. Safe your hard earned money to buy from someone else or a different machine. |

| I am a customer and not an employee. These people do not know what they are doing. They came to my house claiming they new what they were doing and promised to clean my sofa. I dealt with three representatives, and all 3 of them assured me that they will not leave any stain on my sofa and will only clean and have me as a satisfied customer. They ended up ruining my sofa. I am waiting for them to get professionals to come and clean the mess and stain they made. If not, I will have to file a legal action demanding that they paid the full amount of my sofa which is $2000. |

Well..
This is odd. So here is the short story. I see a Craigslist ad offering a job. I Apply, send in the resume as asked. I get a phone call, the business "Owner" says he would like to mail me some info, I'm up for that, so I give the address. Next thing I know a salesman shows up on my doorstep selling "Kirby Vacuume's" .They offer to clean my carpet if I would be interested in buying. I bite...2 hours into this "Demo" "Pete" (The door to door guy) askes if I am interested. Frankly I AM...the product looks REALLY great, and YES it worked! I said give me 24 hours to think on it. After doing a few carpet "Spots" but not making the sale then and there, he starts packing up. I mentioned that he had agreed to clean the entire lvg. rm. carpet. (Keep in mind this is a SMALL 1 Bed room Apt. No hall's, bedrooms, etc..the whole apt. is less than 600 SQ. feet. He seems kind of mad, but frankly..I WANTED the unit! (Still might get one!) In the end, he grudgely "Finished" the Lvg. room and left. Afterwards I NOTICE that the name of the Co. (Kal-Care Enterprises) is the SAME company that I "Applied" to for employment. So it seems this company trolls the web (Craigslist) for possible "Sales" leads. While I MAY have been interested before, after looking on my phone and seeing that I had called their 626-869-0188 number, and THEN checking my search history on the computer and finding their name and ADDRESS, I feel Like I have been had, all trust went OUT the window. | oh god kirby vacuum's please anyone who sees this stay far away from them!!! i worked for this company before, made a sale with the help of another employee on one of my first days and when the commission check came guess how much i made for the entire week??? 20 dollars!!! oh definitely I surely never returned for another day of working for these clowns. this company will claim to have a lot of benefits, contests, and trips but what they dont tell you is you have to scour the county hounding people to get inside their homes and perform a demo to TRY and secure a sale. most people just want their carpet cleaned with a product which by the way does work better than conventional vacuums but if they didnt have dick salesmen then people would probably buy the thing if it was 4 times less than what it is ACTUALLY priced, which is about 2500 dollars by the way... they are lunatics and hounds please tell anyone you know stay far far far away from this place. mcdonalds, dominos, pizza hut and wendys pay more then these clowns. |

| Thanks for the info my boyfriend was going to start their training program so glad I stopped this scam before it happened its bad enough he spent money on clothes already for this BS!! |

| oh thank you for this info! I went on an interview on Mon. and they said they wld call me if I got the job, but I kept asking about what the job entails and if they could elaborate on what I would be doing...the guy just kept shying away from the question and kept tryna feed me this: "we specialize in the maintenance of products used everyday" he named off a list of products and told me I would know more if I got the job. the next day he called me back & said contests you have the job, and I start training tomorrow (today) I asked what I would be doing again! he fed me the same BS. so I'm on my way to the training and I took it upon myself to look into it myself...I type in Kal Care Enterprises and this site was the first thing to show up, I turn around and head home...lol I can't believe I bought some clothes for this and took off work for this shit smh...I feel bad for every1 else who actually is going to the "training" |

No I have not experienced that but always search the intranet with ads on craigslist. There are scammers out there.
Be careful - do research - and dont waste time or money on gas before you know what you getting into. Time is valuable, it takes time to get ready and gas to get there. I Kal Care and came up with these reports so now I will not waste my time. |

| Ok...So I agree with everything above..Salespeople there until 11:00pm and tried wearing me down. Finally when they figured out that no meant no, they offered my the Kirby at $800 including tax and shampoo and extra bags! I couldn't pass it up since it showed up my Dyson. My problem is that I had no intention of buying the product so I didn't pay attention to the shampoo demonstration. He promised to come back the following week with the shampoo, extra bags and help me show me the shampoo demonstation. So far he said he phone battery is dead, then his work van was stolen and now he is just not calling me back. Called Kal-car and am still waiting for a returned call! I really like the machine, but want what I was promised...kb |

| Hey guys I need your guy's opinion..I went to the office todayy to fill in an application & I had an interview..everything seemed good & legit..I wasn't familiar with this company or what they sell so I reserched it. I don't know whether if this is a scam or not..the lady who interviewed me seemed really nice to me..any help I don't know what to do ?? |
