Watch out this scam artist! He will buy from you and then put a chargeback on the CC company. He uses fake emails, and fake billing names, and other tricks!

Yes Kakavand travis.van is using credit card chargeback to cheat honest ebay sellers in Canada, Europe and
the USA. Papa jahan kakavand must be very proud of son Kasra and his Undergraduate Researchers at

Kasra Kakavand-UPDATE. Scammer travis.van is now to be known by new Ebay id cboardbug.
Recap cboardbug ( travis.van ) has a bad habit of using credit card chargeback on Ebay
purchases then files false claims of items not received cheating honest merchants worldwide.
The name may have changed but travis.van now cboardbug will always be linked to
University of California student KASRA KAKAVAND.
